Section 623.915 - Investigation of complaint; recommendations of Executive Director1. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Executive Director or a person otherwise authorized by the Board shall appoint a member of the Board's staff to conduct an initial investigation of the complaint. The investigator shall submit a written report to the Executive Director or a person otherwise authorized by the Board which describes the results of the investigation.2. The Executive Director or a person otherwise authorized by the Board shall review the written report and recommend that the Board:(a) Dismiss the complaint;(b) Negotiate a resolution of the complaint;(c) Authorize the creation of an advisory committee to review the complaint if the respondent agrees to participate in an informal conference with an advisory committee; or(d) Schedule a formal hearing.Nev.
