Section 618.6373 - Records of hearings

A stenographic or electronic record must be kept of any hearing on an application for a variance. Copies of the transcript may be obtained by the parties upon the filing of a written application with the reporter and the payment of fees at the rate provided in the agreement with the reporter or the Enforcement Section.
