Section 618.6358 - Prehearing conference1. Upon his or her own motion or the motion of a party to the proceeding, the Administrator will, in an appropriate case, direct the parties or their counsel to meet with him or her for a conference to consider:(a) The necessity or desirability of amending documents for purposes of clarification, simplification or limitation;(b) Stipulations, admissions of fact and of the contents and authenticity of documents;(c) Limitations upon the number of parties and expert witnesses; and(d) Such other matters as may tend to expedite the disposition of the issues to ensure a just conclusion of the proceeding.2. The Administrator will make an order which recites the action taken upon such a conference, the amendments allowed to any documents which have been filed and any agreements made between the parties. The order will limit the issues for hearing to those not disposed of by admission or agreement. The order controls the subsequent course of the hearing unless it is modified at the hearing to prevent manifest injustice.Nev. Admin. Code § 618.6358
