Section 618.5283 - Clean up of spills and hazardous residues; maintenance of clean environment1. Any spill of ammonium perchlorate, a chemical intermediate or by-product must be cleaned up immediately. An appropriate system for the clean up and collection of hazardous residues must be provided and used at each operation facility.2. Each operation building must be cleaned to prevent accumulations of ammonium perchlorate, chemical intermediates or by-products. Incompatible materials not required for an operation must be removed from the building at least daily or as often as necessary to maintain a clean environment.Nev. Admin. Code § 618.5283
