Section 618.5207 - "Qualified employee" defined

"Qualified employee" means a person employed at an operation facility who:

1. Possesses a recognized degree or certificate; or

2. Through extensive knowledge, training and experience, has successfully demonstrated the ability to solve problems relating to the operation at the facility.
