Section 618.5187 - "Incompatible material" defined"Incompatible material" means:
1. Any material that is ignited easily and burns readily; or2. Any substance that, when mixed with ammonium perchlorate, decreases the stability of the mixture and makes it more susceptible to an undesired event.Nev. Admin. Code § 618.5187
