Section 618.6482 - Proposed penalties1. The district manager shall determine the amount of any proposed penalty and may at the employer's request explain to the employer, in an informal conference, how the proposed penalty was determined.2. An appropriate penalty may be proposed with respect to an alleged violation even though, after being informed of the alleged violation by the inspector, the employer immediately abates or initiates steps to abate the alleged violation.Nev.
