Section 618.950 - Applicability of provisions of Code of Federal Regulations

Unless specifically exempted by the provisions of NAC 618.850 to 618.986, inclusive, the provisions of 29 C.F.R. Part 1910 and 29 C.F.R. Part 1926 apply to all activities for the abatement of asbestos.
