Section 618.915 - Licensing of persons authorized to act in other states

A person who is authorized to act as a consultant or to engage in an activity for the abatement of asbestos in another state may submit an application to the Enforcement Section for a license to act in that capacity in this State without repeating the requirements for training if the person complies with all other licensing requirements set forth in NAC 618.850 to 618.986, inclusive, for his or her occupation.
