Section 618.906 - Adoption by reference of certain provisions of Code of Federal Regulations and other publicationsThe Division hereby adopts by reference:
1. Appendix A of Subpart E of Part 763 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, published in the Federal Register, October 30, 1987, as "Part III, Environmental Protection Agency, 40 C.F.R. 763, Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools; Final Rule and Notice." The publication may be obtained from the Office of Toxic Substances, Environmental Protection Agency, 401 M Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20460, free of charge.2.
