Section 618.902 - "Training course approved by the EPA" defined

"Training course approved by the EPA" means a training course approved by the EPA pursuant to the Model Contractor Accreditation Plan for States contained in Appendix C of Subpart E of Part 763 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as it existed on January 1, 1989.
