Section 618.887 - "Material containing asbestos" defined

"Material containing asbestos" means any material which is determined to contain more than 1 percent asbestos. The term includes "asbestos-containing material" and "ACM," as those terms are defined in Part 763 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
