Section 618.882 - "Licensed consultant" defined

"Licensed consultant" means any person who is licensed by the Enforcement Section to be directly involved with providing consultant services regarding the control of asbestos and who is accredited as:

1. An inspector;

2. A management planner;

3. A monitor;

4. A project designer; or

5. Any combination thereof.
