Section 618.857 - "AHERA" defined

"AHERA" means the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986, Pub. L. 99-519, 100 Stat. 2970, Title 15, Oct. 22, 1986, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
