Section 618.979 - Summary suspension of license: Grounds1. The Enforcement Section may summarily suspend any license issued pursuant to NAC 618.850 to 618.986, inclusive, if it finds that for any reasons the protection of the public health requires such action.2. For the purposes of this section, the violation of any federal or state law or regulation governing activities for the abatement of asbestos constitutes a danger to the public health requiring immediate action.Nev.
