If, after a hearing, the Administrator decides that the insurer, third-party administrator, organization for managed care, provider of health care, employee leasing company or employer has committed the alleged violation, the Administrator will:
1. Prepare written findings of fact and conclusions of law;2. Give notice of the right to file a petition for judicial review within 30 days after service of the decision; and3. Serve upon the insurer, third-party administrator, organization for managed care, provider of health care, employee leasing company or employer by mail a copy of the findings of fact and conclusions of law.Nev.
