Section 616D.007 - "Expected annual premium" defined

"Expected annual premium" means an estimate of the total amount of money to be paid by an employer to his or her insurer to provide, secure and maintain compensation as required by the terms of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS for a fiscal or calendar year.
