Section 616C.592 - Self-employment1. An insurer may not finance saleable inventories in programs for self-employment. The prospective self-employed owner must find financing for that purpose.2. An injured employee who elects self-employment rather than other types of rehabilitation may be required to pay for part of the proposed business.3. There must be a reasonable possibility of success before the insurer may enter into an agreement for a program of self-employment.4. An adequate report of an independent business consultant may be required before the insurer approves a program of self-employment.Nev. Admin. Code § 616C.592
