Section 616C.565 - Inclusion of period for job search in program

In developing a program of vocational rehabilitation for an injured employee pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 616C.555, a vocational rehabilitation counselor shall consider including in the program a period of not more than 28 days during which the injured employee must search for a job. This period must commence after the injured employee has successfully completed the portion of the program involving training or education.
