Section 616C.408 - Payment of attorney's fees1. If the Division uses the services of an attorney employed by the Division to carry out the provisions of NRS 616C.220, the Division may require the uninsured employer to pay attorney's fees in an amount equal to the gross hourly wage and all benefits paid to that employee by the Division while providing those services.2. If the Division uses the services of an attorney who is not employed by the Division to carry out the provisions of NRS 616C.220, the Division may require the uninsured employer to pay the actual amount of the attorney's fees charged.Nev.
