Section 616C.277 - Scheduling of prehearing conference by appeals officer1. An appeals officer may schedule a prehearing conference in any appeal filed to discuss settlement, discovery, scheduling, or other matters pertinent to the appeal, including, without limitation:(a) Expedition of the pending case.(c) Submission of documentary evidence.(d) Narrowing the issues.(e) Setting a convenient date for the primary hearing.2.
