Section 616C.273 - Explanation of right to appeal suspension of benefits

If an insurer suspends benefits pursuant to NRS 616C.140 or 616C.230, the insurer shall provide the claimant with a written explanation of the right to an appeal and the procedures he or she must follow to have the benefits reinstated.
