Section 616B.77034 - Service of documents on Administrator

Except for the submission of a claim for reimbursement from the Subsequent Injury Account for Self-Insured Employers pursuant to NAC 616B.7702, service on the Administrator of any filing, pleading, notice or other document required by NAC 616B.770 to 616B.7725, inclusive, must be made on the legal counsel for the Administrator.
