A claim for reimbursement from the Subsequent Injury Account for Self-Insured Employers submitted pursuant to NAC 616B.7702 must include, without limitation, the name of the person designated by the self-insured employer to accept service on behalf of the self-insured employer submitting the claim and the mailing address and any facsimile number and electronic mail address at which that person may be served with notices, pleadings and other documents. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 616B.77031, all notices, pleadings and other documents, including, without limitation, any recommendations of the Administrator, must be served on the person designated in the claim pursuant to this section.
