Section 616B.528 - Underwriting plan and related policies and guidelines: Submission required with application for certification; submission of proposed changes

An association shall submit to the Commissioner, as part of its application for certification, a complete copy of its underwriting plan and its policies and guidelines for accepting members. Any change made to the underwriting plan must be submitted to the Commissioner before adoption by the association.
