Section 616B.522 - "Expected annual incurred cost of claims" defined

"Expected annual incurred cost of claims" means the average of the annual claims expenditures of all of the members of an association during the immediately preceding 36 months plus any estimated additional costs, including, without limitation, future anticipated costs and the cost of administering the program of self-insurance.
