Section 616B.689 - "Expected annual disbursements" defined

"Expected annual disbursements" means an estimate of the sum of all payments to be made for compensation in a fiscal year from:

1. The Uninsured Employers' Claim Account; and

2. The Subsequent Injury Accounts.
