Section 616B.9938 - Transcripts and recordings of hearings1. If a party wishes to obtain a transcript of a hearing, that party must: (b) Pay for the transcript; and(c) Deliver a copy of the transcript to the Division of Insurance not later than 20 days after the completion of the hearing.2. If more than one party wishes to obtain a copy of the transcript of the hearing, the costs of obtaining the transcript must be divided equally among those parties.3. An audiotape or other recording of the hearing must be made and retained for at least 1 year and is considered a public record.Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.9938
