Section 616B.9928 - Closure of hearings to public1. If a petitioner believes the Appeals Panel will be considering proprietary information, the petitioner may request that the hearing be closed to the public pursuant to NRS 616B.780.2. If the Appeals Panel determines that it will be considering proprietary information, the hearing must be closed to the public.3. The decision of the Appeals Panel in a hearing that is closed to the public must be made part of the public record.4. As used in this section, "proprietary information" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 616B.780.Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.9928
