Section 616B.9922 - Setting and notice of hearing1. Not later than 30 days after the receipt of a request for a hearing, the Chair shall set a date for the hearing. The hearing must be conducted not later than 90 days after the receipt of the request for a hearing, at such time and place as the Chair prescribes.2. The Appeals Panel shall provide to the parties written notice of the hearing pursuant to NRS 616B.777. The notice must specify: (a) The purpose of the hearing;(b) The date, time and location of the hearing; and(c) Any other information required pursuant to the provisions of NRS 233B.121.Nev. Admin.
