Section 616A.130 - "Hearing officer" defined

"Hearing officer" means an officer appointed by the Chief of the Hearings Division to conduct initial administrative hearings for review of final determinations made by the staff of an insurer in contested claims for compensation under chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS.
