Section 616A.040 - "Appeals officer" defined

"Appeals officer" means an officer appointed pursuant to NRS 616C.340 to conduct hearings of appeals from decisions of hearing officers in cases concerning compensation under chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS.
