Section 616A.440 - Petition requesting adoption, amendment or repeal of regulation1. A petition requesting that the Division adopt, amend or repeal a regulation must include:(a) The name and address of the petitioner;(b) A clear and concise statement of the regulation to be adopted, amended or repealed; and(c) The reasons for the adoption, amendment or repeal of the regulation.2. A person filing a petition shall file an original and three copies of the petition and any supporting documentation with the Administrator of the Division. A petition filed without the required statements or number of copies will be returned to the petitioner and no action will be taken by the Division.3. The Division will notify the petitioner in writing of its decision concerning the petition within 30 days after it receives the petition.Nev. Admin. Code § 616A.440
