Section 616A.400 - Correspondence with Division or any of its sections1. All correspondence and other documents being submitted to the Division or any of its sections must be addressed to the Division, or one of its suboffices, and not to an individual member of its staff. Correspondence and documents shall be deemed to be officially received only if they have been so addressed.2.
