Section 610.245 - Grants of credit1. The local joint committee shall evaluate and grant credit for the degree of preparation achieved by each apprentice.2. If a committee grants more than 50 percent credit for previous experience, training or skills to an apprentice, the committee must support the grant with substantial documentation.Nev. Admin.
