Section 610.830 - Standards for qualification: General requirements for educational achievement1. Any educational achievement required as a qualification for admission to a pool must be directly related to the performance of the job, as demonstrated by showing a significant statistical relationship between the achievement and the performance of the job in the apprenticeship program, under the criteria set forth in 41 C.F.R. Part 60-3.2. Records of schools or a passing grade on a general educational development test which is recognized by the State Board of Education or by a local authority controlling public instruction is evidence of educational achievement.3.
