Section 610.650 - Preparatory training1. A sponsor may encourage the establishment and use of preapprenticeship training, preparatory training for a trade or other programs designed to provide related experience at working or to prepare candidates for apprenticeship.2. A sponsor which uses such programs shall provide in its plan for affirmative action that those who complete the programs are afforded full and equal opportunity for admission into the program of apprenticeship.Nev.
