Section 610.990 - Exceptions1. Requests for exceptions to NAC 610.510 to 610.990, inclusive, or any part thereof, must be made in writing to the Director and contain a statement of reasons supporting the request.2. Exceptions may be granted for good cause. The Council will immediately notify the Department of the granting of any exception which affects a substantial number of employees and the reasons for granting the exception. Nev. Admin.
