Section 610.975 - Reinstatement of registration

Any program of apprenticeship which has had its registration withdrawn pursuant to NAC 610.970 may be reinstated upon presentation of adequate evidence to the Director that the program of apprenticeship is operating in accordance with NAC 610.510 to 610.990, inclusive.
