Section 608.315 - Recording information concerning determination of prevailing wageAn employer who determines the prevailing wage as provided in paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NAC 608.310 shall record the following information concerning his determination:
1. The date of each contact with a firm or other source of information;2. The name, address and telephone number of each firm or other source of information;3. The name and title of the person contacted within each such firm or source of information;4. A description of the information provided relating to the wage;5. A brief description of the work for which the wage information is provided;6. The size of the firm in terms of employees; and7. The basis for the conclusion that the wage represents that paid to experienced nondisabled workers.Nev. Admin. Code § 608.315
