Section 608.270 - Certificate required1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 608.265, a worker with a disability may not be employed at a special minimum wage except pursuant to a certificate issued by: (a) The Division, pursuant to NAC 608.200 to 608.370, inclusive; or(b) The Wage and Hour Division.2.
