Section 604A.Sec. 5 - NEW

"Due date" means the date, based on a payment schedule and subject to all statutory requirements, on which a customer is scheduled to:

1. Make a payment, either to pay the full amount of a loan, including principal, finance charge and fees, and extinguish the debts; or

2. If applicable, make an installment payment.
