Section 604A.Sec. 11 - NEW1. Access to the database must be limited to members of the staff of: (a) A licensee who underwrite and process loans;(b) A licensee who collect and post payments made on loans;(c) A licensee who are senior staff members;(d) The service provider; and(e) The Office of the Commissioner.2. Each user of the database must be required to:(a) Create a password to access the database that meets the criteria of the service provider for passwords; and(b) Safeguard the password by not sharing the password with any person or by committing the password to writing.Nev.
