Section 604A.030 - Use of electronic or digital signature

Any document, notice, receipt or record for which a signature is required pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 604A of NRS may be signed electronically or digitally in accordance with the provisions of chapters 719 and 720 of NRS and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
