Section 599B.790 - Review of decision and order; entry of final order; filing of petition for judicial review1. The commissioner will review the decision of a hearing officer and enter a final order affirming, modifying or setting aside the decision.2. If the hearing officer is a designee of the commissioner or director, the director will review the order and enter the final order affirming, modifying or setting aside the decision.3. If a decision is rendered orally, the time to file a petition for judicial review does not begin to run until:(a) The decision and order are reduced to writing and signed by the commissioner or director; and(b) Written notice of the decision and order is mailed, postage prepaid, to the parties.Nev.
