Section 599B.705 - Provisions construed

The provisions of NAC 599B.700 to 599B.810, inclusive, must be liberally construed to secure a just, speedy and economical determination of all issues regarding the disbursement of security before the division and to carry out the purposes of chapter 599B of NRS.
