1. The cost of conducting an investigation or audit pursuant to this chapter or chapter 598 of NRS is the actual cost of conducting the investigation or audit, as determined by the Director, not to exceed $50 per hour.2. The cost of conducting a hearing pursuant to this chapter or chapter 598 of NRS is the actual cost of conducting the hearing, as determined by the Director, not to exceed $50 per hour.3. For the purposes of NRS 598.0971: (a) The charges for the rental of a hearing room shall be deemed to be the actual charges incurred by the Unit for the rental of the room used or reserved for the hearing.(b) The charges for providing an independent hearing officer shall be deemed to be the actual fees and costs charged by the independent hearing officer.Nev.
