Section 598.060 - Records1. Escrow agents shall maintain records of their handling of all escrow accounts for mobile homes. These records must include copies of the escrow documents and must be retained for at least 4 years. These records are subject to audit by authorized representatives of the Manufactured Housing Division.2. Dealers shall maintain records to show their handling of the sales of mobile homes.
