Section 598.172 - Payment to Division of costs, fees, fines, penalties, charges or restitution

Payment of any costs, fees, fines, penalties, charges or restitution authorized by statute or regulation to be collected by the Unit or Attorney General, or ordered by the hearing officer to be paid by a party pursuant to NRS 598.0903 to 598.0999, inclusive, or any regulation must be made by cashier's check, money order, other certified instruments or any method of electronic transfer of money allowed by the Unit or Attorney General, if required, payable to the Unit or Attorney General.
