Section 590.290 - Holder of class 1 or class 2 license: Provision of certain information and notice; response to certain requestsA person licensed by the Board pursuant to NRS 590.575 in class 1 or class 2 shall:
1. Provide each of his or her customers and prospective customers with a written description of the minimum services the customer may reasonably expect to receive from the licensee;2. Provide immediate response, regardless of the time of day, to a request for assistance in an emergency from any public safety agency or his or her customers regarding the use or storage of LP gas; and3. If disconnection was not requested by the customer, notify the customer at least 48 hours in advance before disconnecting the service to that customer.Nev. Admin. Code § 590.290
